Architect and technical lead with thirty years of shipping software for enterprise, government, and consumer clients.   • Technical lead and frontend architect across enterprise and government engagements, designing scalable application architectures while developing features in agile teams.
  • Library of Congress (NLS): led React/Next.js development for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, built to WCAG 2.1 / Section 508-compliant component systems, dual SSO and OTP authentication, and team-wide coding standards.
  • Federal Reserve Bank: architected and led Angular and Java frontend delivery for secure, performance-critical banking platforms.
  • Built AI proofs of concept for enterprise bootcamps: LLM integration patterns backed by Python services, taken from prompt to working demo.
